On the people side, I’ve worked with difficult seniors and seen how unnecessary stress can crush both performance and morale. On the business side, while building Vitesse Logistics, I wore every hat — from marketing and funding to collections and even managing truck drivers. Without the right team and support system, the venture ultimately failed. But those struggles became my greatest teachers.
